    Steps to make Egg Biryani:

    1. Make slight cuts in boiled eggs. Fry these eggs in little oil with turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt. Slice the onions and fry it till golden brown.
    2. Take a pan and heat some oil. Then add cinnamon, cardamom and cumin seeds. Then add the onions. After a few minutes add ginger-garlic paste.
    3. Now add tomatoes and cook. Next add all the spices and cook for 7-8 minutes. Then put Biryani masala. Cook for another 1-2 minute.
    4. Add cooked Basmati Rice. Keep it for 2 minutes. Lastly add boiled eggs. Garnish the biryani with fried onions and coriander leaves. You can also garnish it with tomato and onion slices.
    5. Serve it with chutney.
