Instructions to make Vegetable Biryani:
Wash and soak rice for 2 hours.drain water and keep aside. Wash and cut vegetables and keep aside
Add oil to pressure cooker to heat. Add biryani spices curry leaves and saute. Add chopped onion and green chilli. Fry them until golden brown. Next add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smells goes of.
Add vegetables and tomatoes and mix everything adding salt and cover lid for 2 mins. Now add all dry masala garam masala and mix everything and saute till oil release.now add curd and mix everything add mint leaves corrainder leaves and cook for 2 mins. Keep the flame on high
Now add rice and mix everything and cook for 2 minutes add lemon juice with 4 cup water.mix everything and close the cooker lid and cook for 2 whistle and then off the gas.
Once pressure cools down serve it in the serving bowl with raita salad.
