    2. Rice ko pani sa wash karain or water drain kar dein
    3. Jub pani ubal jaya tu usmain chicken cube or biryani masala add karain mix karka sath rice daal dein
    4. Phr dagchi ko cover karka rakh dain 10 mint kaliya phr jub pani rediuced hona laga tu kapra ko gila kara dum lagadain low flame pa 5 mint kaliya
    5. Phr flame off kar dain or 5 mint kaliya rice set hona dain
    6. Then serve the rice with cold raita and chutney
    7. Agr chawal kacha rah ga hin tu pani ka 1/2 cup dal kar dum laga dain chawal ko mix karka
