    5. Prepare 2 tbsp cabbage
    6. Take 200 gms Lady's finger

    10. Take as per taste salt
    11. Make ready 50 gms sugar
    12. Make ready 100 grams ghee
    13. Take 50 grams wheat flour
    14. Make ready 1 tbsp dryfruits
    15. Make ready 150 gms curd
    16. Take 2 tbsp each cucumber and tomato
    17. Take 2 tbsp each bondi,black salt,jeera powder,salt, chaat masala
    18. Get as required Salad cucumber sliced, tomato sliced & lemon slice

    Instructions

    Steps to make Dum Biryani:

    1. Take a pan put rice,salt & oil prepare 90perctent cook, Take other pan put oil & ghee add cabbage make little brown add all ingredients, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pinch colour, tomato pieces, fry paneer add cook rice keep it 10 minutes.ganish with mint leaves.
    2. Ladyfinger & potato deep fry add all ingredients.
    3. Wheat halwa, Take a pan add ghee put wheat flour make brown add all ingredients. Raita Take a bowl curd add all ingredients. Serve with salad.
