    1. Make ready 2 Cups Rice (Basmati or any other), wash and soak for half an hour
    2. Prepare 2 small Cups Soyabeans (small and big soya chunks)
    3. Take 2 medium sized Onions
    4. Take 2 small tomatoes (puree)
    5. Make ready 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
    6. Make ready 2 green chillies
    7. Take 1 tsp garam masala powder
    8. Make ready As required All Spices including Salt

    Instructions to make Soyabean Biryani:

    1. Firstly boil the Soyabeans Chunks for few minutes with some salt and put it in a bowl, squeeze the water from it and keep aside.In a Big kadhai put Oil (2/3tbsp), when heating put whole garam masala, chopped onions,fry till it turns golden brown add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies.
    2. Now add squeezed, Soya Chunks and fry it for few minutes then add tomato puree and all Spices, now put soaked Rice and stir it,put Salt as needed, water as needed and cover the kadhai for at least 10-15 minutes till it's done.
    3. Now put little garam masala powder and kesuri methi and granish with corrriander leaves and serve with chanadal Sabzi and Gobhi aloo Sabzi and Curd, yummy in taste.
