    The ingredients needed to make Yummy Biryani:

    1. Take 1/2 kg beef meat
    2. Make ready 1 tsp biryani masala
    3. Get 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
    4. Make ready 1 royco cube/chilly cube(optional)
    5. Take 4 onions(chopped)
    6. Prepare 1 corriander(Dania)
    7. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
    8. Make ready 1/4 cup cooking oil
    9. Take 5 tsp plain yoghurt/mala
    10. Make ready Garlic/ginger
    11. Take 4 potatoes
    12. Make ready 4 tomatoes(chopped)
    13. Prepare Salt…….food colour
    14. Get Tomato paste…..lemon juice

    Instructions

    Steps to make Yummy Biryani:

    1. Boil you meat set aside……colour your potatoes…..heat up oil, shallow/deep fry them make sure they don't cook well since they will cook with meat for one hour….
    2. After frying set aside, fry onions till golden brown and set aside…….in a pan add your boiled meat, oil, garlic, ginger, salt,all spices + tomato paste + juice of a half lemon
    3. Add mala……stir, cook on a low medium heat, add corriander continue stirring so that it doesn't stick on the pan……..add in your brown onions + potatoes…..stir and let it cook on a low medium heat for 1hour
    4. Biryani stew is ready………boil your rice…….dilute your food colour with little water(I used yellow and orange) sprinkle on top of the rice, while still hot….. return to the heat for 1min on low heat
    5. Mix the rice well…….and serve with your stew……enjoy!!
