    1. Take pan ; add oil, chopped Onions (pyaz) and golden brown it
    2. Add chicken (murgi) ; salt (namak) 2 tsps and let it light brown
    3. Add crushed ginger and garlic (adrak aur lehsan) ; cook for few more minutes
    4. Add Coriander powder (dhanya powder), red chilli powder (laal mirch powder), All spices powder (pisa garam masala), biryani mix, salt (namak) 4 tsps, Chopped green chillies (kati hari mirchyn), tamarind water (imli ka pani), turmeric powder (haldi powder), roasted cumin seeds (bhuna zeera), yogurt (dahi), lemon juice (lemu ka ras), chopped tomatoes (katy tamatar)
    5. Mix and cook until it softens ; cover with lid
    6. Add red chillies flakes and whole red chillies; Uncover and cook until oil separates on med - high flame
    7. Soak rice well (I took kainat rice) for at least 1 hour and Wash rice well
    8. Boil rice with all spices whole (sabat garam), vinegar (sirka), salt (namak) 2 tsps ; Once done 75% ; drain them in colander and keep them aside.
    9. Grease another pan and
    10. Give layers of chicken masala and boiled rice ; add chopped coriander and mint leaves and lemon slices
    11. Cover and leave it for 15 mins on medium flame (darmiyani aag pe daam dyn)
