In a pot add water and boil the rice with cloves, mint leaves, salt and parsley.
Pour oil in a sauce pan on medium flame add onions fry till slightly brown add ginger and garlic paste stir and add the chicken pieces fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat while stiring add the mixed spices, seasonings and tomatoes fry 4 minutes on low heat add 2 cup of water add parsley and mint leaves cook for 2 minutes add the green pepper cover and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
Strain the perboiled rice, arrange the half rice in a flat pan, spread cooked chicken on top. Layer the top with the balance rice, add mint leaves 2 tbsp. Cover and allow to cook for 7-8 minutes on low heat. Then mix everything together and serve.
