    3. Now add soaked rice, buttermilk and add salt as per taste.add half fry onion.mix all well.cover and pressure cook for two whistle.turn off the flame.release the pressure naturally.open the lid check it. Add remaining fry onion.now Buttermilk veg biryani is ready to serve.
