    Place the bone-in ribeye on a baking pan. Remove from the oven and put roast aside. Mix softened butter, honey, olive oil, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. Season the steak with the salt and pepper. Add the oil to the pan, and, once hot, place the steak, fat side down.
