    Instructions to make Crispy Bhindi:

    1. First, wash the bhindi (okra) and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
    2. Then cut the head and tail part of the bhindi (okra) and discard them.
    3. Now cut the bhindi (okra) vertically into 2 pieces and keep aside.
    4. In a mixing bowl add besan, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and little water or as needed. Mix everything well to get a batter of medium consistency.
    5. Dip the bhindi (okra) into the batter, coat them with sooji and keep them in the refrigerator for 8-10 minutes.
    6. Heat oil in a deep pan. Deep fry the coated bhindi (okra) on a medium flame until they turn golden and crisp.
    7. Drain on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
    8. Serve crispy bhindi as a side dish with lunch or dinner.
