    6. Take 1/2 tbsp rice flour
    7. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala

    The Bhindis (Okra) are lightly coated and marinated in a mixture of Besan (Gram Flour) and Indian spices. These coated Bhindis (Okra) are then deep fried so that they become crispy. Bhindi fry recipe - thinly sliced bhindi are mixed with besan and shallow fried in little oil till they are slightly crispy and crunchy. Then sauteed and mixed with onion and spices.

    Steps to make Crispy bhindi:

    1. Cut head and tail of ladyfinger. Cut each into three or four pieces.
    2. Now take a bowl add bhindi and all ingredients except chat masala.
    3. Heat oil in a kadai. When the oil become hot medium the flame and add bindi in it. Fry all of them till golden brown and crispy. Now turn off the flame.add chat masala. Serve hot.
