    Actually both are same recipe,but there is one variation that you dont have to add baking soda in this. But i wanted to post this as a separate post because of the pics. Dough should be stiff- soft dough will not give crispy samosa. Roll the dough evenly and roll it thin- try to roll the dough thin and evenly.

    1. Assemble ragi flour in a bowl.add water and mix well to form a consistency batter.cook the batter in a heavy bottom pan for 40 sec or till it's get dry cook.remove from the flame and let it get cool..knead the dough by adding more ragi flour, ajwain,salt,ghee,and form a soft dough. And keep aside.
    2. For stuffing wash the potatoes and chana and boil for 2 to 3 whistles switch off the flame and drain the water.now heat the oil in a pan fry the chopped onion,sauf,green chillies,hing,and turmeric and saute for a min.next add the boil potatoes and chana,stirring for sometime.add the masala given.and salt as per taste saute for a min add the chopped dhania and mix properly with a spatula.switch off the heat when finely cooked.now divide the dough into small flat circle and fill the stuff
    3. And cut it into half and smear water over edges and join them from all edges.after filling the stuff.heat the oil in a pan and fry the samosa until done.and served it with chutney.
