    1. Take crumbled paneer in a plate, add salt and 1tsp corn flour. Mix well. Take a small ball and flatten it. Place a cashew in the centre and close the paneer ball
    2. Make paneer balls and keep them in the fridge till ready to fry.
    3. Take boiled potatoes in a plate. Mash them and add salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder, bread crumbs, lemon juice and 1tsp corn flour. Mix well
    4. Take a small ball of potato mixture. Flatten it and place paneer ball in the centre. Cover the paneer ball with potato mixture. Roll it in corn flour.
    5. Deep fry these malai paneer koftas in hot oil on medium heat.
    6. Heat a thick bottomed pan add jeera, til, coriander seeds, whole red chilli, cinnamon and cashews. Dry roast for 2minutes. Cool and grind it to a fine powder.
    7. In the same pan dry roast onion, garlic, ginger and tomatoes for 5minutes.
    8. Cool it and grind it to a fine paste.Heat the pan again, pour tomato onion mixture, cashew mixture, salt, turmeric powder and 1cup milk.
    9. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Place koftas in a bowl and pour hot gravy over it and serve with chapattis.
