    1. Mix all the ingredients for making batter except water and then add water slowly stirring the mixture to avoid formation of lumps and make a batter.
    2. Whisk the batter thoroughly for 2-3 minutes till gram flour becomes fluffy. Rest for 10 minutes.
    3. Cut paneer in small pieces. Apply green chutney on o e side of paneer and then dip it in batter.
    4. Heat oil in a wok. Add paneer pakora one by o e and then deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise make all the pakoras. Remove it in a plate.
    5. Serve hot with green chutney.
