    Instructions to make Pure veg kababs:

    1. In a pan put 2 tb spn cooking oil. In hot oil put boiled potato(break into small pcs)+ boiled carrot (cut into pcs)+ boiled cully flower +boiles peas +boiled corn. Mix them well and fry it for 5 mins. (Medium heat)
    2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl fried ingrediebts (boiled potato+carrot+peas+corn+cullyflower). Add chopped green chilli +chopped Coriander leaves. Add salt as per the taste +red chilli powder+garam masala powder+roasted cumin seed powder+ roasted besan and mix it very well and prepare a dough.
    3. Take some amount of dough and make round shape like small ball and press it by your palm. Like this make the round shape of all of the dough.
    4. In a pan take some oil and fry the ball shapes (not deep fry) or bake it on the pan. Cook it till it becomes brown.
    5. Veg kababs are ready to eat. You can eat it with paratha, hari dhaniya or pudina chautney or tomato catch up or tamarind chuteney.
