    Ingredients

    The ingredients needed to make Spinach Kabab:

    1. Take 1 bunch spinach
    2. Get 100 gms paneer crumbled
    3. Get 1/4 cup green peas frozen
    4. Make ready 2-3 boiled and grated potatoes
    5. Take 1 capsicum chopped
    6. Take 2 green chillies, chopped
    7. Make ready 1 inch ginger grated
    8. Get 4 tsp chopped coriander leaves
    9. Get 1-2 tbsp corn flour
    10. Get 1.5 Cup bread crumbs (for mixing and coating)
    11. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
    12. Make ready 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
    13. Get 1/2 turmeric powder
    14. Get 1/2 tsp coriander powder
    15. Take 1 tsp amchur powder
    16. Make ready to taste Salt
    17. Get 10-11 chopped cashews
    18. Make ready As required Oil for deep frying

    As i had mentioned in my previous baking posts , i recently started experimenting recipes in my microwave oven. I had tried recipes using convection and microwave modes.     Instructions

    Instructions to make Spinach Kabab:

    1. Wash the spinach 3-4 times. Blanch it for 4-5 minutes. Drain out all the water.
    2. Take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil. Add green chilli, capsicum ginger and peas,saute it till peas becomes soft and little dry.
    3. Allow it to cool. Add blanched spinach in it. Blend it to make coarse mixture. Don’t use water. Transfer the mixture into a large mixing bowl also add grated potato, paneer and coriander leaves. Mix it. Add all the spices, salt, corn flour and 2-3 tbsp bread crumbs. Mix it well.
    4. Take a wok Heat oil in it. - Divide the mixture into equal parts. Make flat ball shape kabab. Coat it with breadcrumbs. Put and press 1 cashew piece on each kabab. Keep it in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
    5. Deep fry all the kababs into hot oil on medium heat. - Serve hot with healthy green chutney of curd, mint and coriander.
