    4. Cover the mixture and leave to sit at room temperature for half an hour.
    5. Now shape them round or oblong as per your choice.
    6. Heat a karahi and start deep frying the kababs one by one.
    7. Prepare a degchi for dam. Make a layer of round cutting onions and tomatoes.
    8. Then a layer of kabab and a final layer of all veggies.
    9. Pour a 1/4 cup of water with 1 tablespoon oil and keep degchi on low flame (dam) until all veggies turn soft and tender.
