    2. When all mince is done by wash so drain water.take one big bowl
    3. Zeera whole coriander fry in pan and keep aside
    4. Besan flour also fry it pan and keep aside
    5. Green chili cut in thick, onion cut it in square 1 tomatoes cut it very thick like slice..another one tomato cut it thick slice for use kabab..plus coriander mint leave cut it thick
    6. Beef mince add all spice and add all ingredients
    7. Mix well when you mixing tomatoes so press it out and mix well.. when all is done so keep in fridge 30-45 min
    8. If want to add ANAAR DANA so can add I didn't add because no like it🙈
    9. After marinate take tawa and put some oil or ghee and fry it slow flame. before fry cut tomatoes thick and put on kabab upside and cover it..fry 10 10 minutes one one side
