    1. Making Paneer:1lt of amul milk take in sauce pan after one boil squeeze 1 lemon juice on it.After a boil we noticed curdled milk in pan. Then curdled milk transfer into clothes wash that paneer with water and squeeze the cloth properly to remove all the excess water of paneer.
    2. Paneer bhurji recipe: take a oil in sauce pan.saute the ginger paste and garlic paste properly. Add onion saute little bit then red and yellow bell pepper.lastly add tomato and saute well all the things.
    3. When all the vegetable cooked properly then time to mix all the spices and salt.
    4. Add the malai on all cooked vegetable then paneer saute it. After that we add butter in it.
