    1. Take flour,add salt, melted ghee and rub with fingers. Now wait little by little water and make a soft dough.now keep aside for 15 minutes now divide 2 in 324 equal balls roll it without dressing now make slashes with the knife on one side.

    8. Take curd, ginger paste,black salt in vessel then blend till combined.serve into serving glass garnish with fresh pudina and serve.
