Grind green chilli, ginger and garlic. Make a fine paste.
In a bowl. Add rice flour, grated carrot, few coriander leaves, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, boil rice, salt, semolina and a little oil. Mix well. Add water as needed. Make a smooth dough. From the dough make a small ball size in shape. Now it is ready to fry
Heat oil in kadai. Once the oil I hot. Fry rice balls till golden brown in colour. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate
Ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
