    1. Boil 2 cups of water in the vessel add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil, add coconut milk, asafoetida and slowly add rice flour and mix well, should not be lumps. cook well. Transfer to the plate.     2. Heat the Pan add 3 tsp of oil, add mustard seeds,Chana dal, chopped green chillies saute, add onion saute till turns golden colour and tomato saute for few minutes add turmeric powder, salt, sambhar powder mix well and cook for few minutes.
    3. Add rice steamed rice balls, mix well, cook for 2 minutes add Coriander leaves mix well, Garnish with Coriander leaves. steamed rice dumplings are ready to Serve.
