Take 1 tsp dry roast dried fenugreek leaves

Take as needed Fresh coriander
Take as needed Fresh cream
Instructions
Instructions to make Restaurant style malai kofta:
Take all the ingredients,slice onion,chop tomato
In a pan take butter and oil add grounded spices with onion saute for 2 min
Add dry spices, tomato and cook till tomato mushy, add 1 cup water cover with lid and cook for 5 min
Grate cottage cheese,mash potato and add all the ingredients and make croquettes or balls
Stuff nuts and coat with refined and rice flour
Deep fry till golden brown
Cool down mixture blend and make a paste,add again in a pan cook with lid for 5 -7 till oil separate, add crem and curd stir continuously.as per gravy add milk
Add dry roast dried fenugreek leaves and serve in a bowl all balls and pour gravy over it.garnish with cream and fresh coriander
Note : mix kofta in a gravy at the time of serving
