    10. Get 1 tsp Black Mustard seeds
    11. Prepare 10 Curry leaves
    12. Get 1 tsp Red chilli flakes

    Instructions

    Steps to make Ivy Gourd Chutney:

    1. Heat a teaspoon of Oil. Add asafoetida and ginger garlic paste. Followed by green chillies and tomatoes. Saute with all the spices added. And finally add Ivy Gourd slices. Keep it covered. Do not cook for a long time. The raw smell should be gone. That's it. Squeeze a medium sized Lemon on top and take it off the heat.
    2. After done, transfer everything to a blender to get a smooth paste. Add the tempering on top and serve it with Plain boiled rice, Pulaos, Chapatis, Rotis and even as a dip for Pakoras and Bhajiyas.
    3. A lovely variation to the same old and boring chutneys. This one is tangy and spicy too, perfect to go with any Indian palate. I even served it with Fried Momos.
