    2. Then add the ivy gourd and salt. Mix well. Cook with lid on for 5-7 mins or until the ivy gourd is cooked.
    3. Then add the turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander and cumin powder. Saute for another 2 mins till the raw smell disappears.
    4. Serve with rice or chappathi.
