    3. Take the rice add 1 tsp salt and 1tsp oil.Boil the rice untill it cooked 70 % then strain the water and keep rice into a plate.
    4. Take a kadhai add oil heat it and fry all the nutrella balls well.keep aside.
    5. In the same kadhai left only 3 tblsp oil and left is remove from it.rhen add chopped Garlic,saute one minute then add chopped onion saute untill it turns light pink.add 2 green chillies,and chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp salt and cook when the tomato become soft.then add turmeric Powder.
    6. Add palak paste, red chilli powder and fennel seeds add little water cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add nutrella balls mix well lightly then add boil rice.mix very well cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.the spinach rice is ready.
