Fry chicken in oil till it's colour get change. Add ginger garlic paste & tomatoes (half cut) and cover it up for 3mins and cook it over Medium flame.
After 3 mins separate tomatoe's skin by means of tongs. Dry roast cummin seed, black pepper, corriender seed & dry red chillies and then coarsely grind it and add this into your chicken. Now add youghurt and cut 3 green chillies (cut), cover and cook it for 5-6 mins.
Bonify chicken, add corriender leaves, lemon juice, whole green chillies & fenugreek leaves, and cook it for 2 mins, when oil gets separated add Ginger Julian.
